| HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

- Receive FREE activation. Pay a $49.99 activation fee which is then credited in full towards your first DISH Network programming bill, making your activation FREE. Activation fee also includes system delivery and free Standard Professional Installation.
- Upgrade a receiver to DVR for FREE. You can choose Digital Home Advantage with Standard DISH equipment or select the free DISH DVR equipment option.
- Call to schedule your FREE professional installation. You'll need to provide a valid major credit card and social security number. Participation in Digital Home Advantage is subject to credit approval.
- Select the Digital Home Advantage of your choice by selecting the number of TVs you would like. Agree to a monthly programming package of $19.99 or higher for 18 months, which includes a minimum of DishFAMILY.

Equipment Rental Fee:
$5.00 per month equipment rental fee for each additional standard receiver; $6.00 per month for each additional HD receiver.
DVR Service Fee:
A $5.98 per month DISH Network DVR service fee will be charged to your account for each DVR receiver activated. This fee will be waived if you subscribe to America ’s “Everything” Pak or the Latino “Everything” Pak
Additional Outlet Fee:
$5.00 per month additional outlet programming access fee applies for each dual tuner receiver not continuously connected to a phone line.
